Level 1 – Water Stewardship
Our Water Stewardship tier takes the guesswork out of your pool’s chemistry. Our experts come to you, test and balance your water, and supply any needed chemicals—no more store trips or hauling. You’ll continue handling routine cleaning, but with our professional oversight, your pool will stay safe, balanced, and easy to manage. Service calls, chemicals and repairs are not included in this service and will be invoiced in addition to the cost.
Level 2 – Signature System Oversight
With our Signature System Oversight, we go beyond water care. We handle professional testing, balancing, and chemical restocking. Along with that, we empty baskets, backwash filters, and ensure your system’s top performance. You still manage regular cleaning, but we’ve got the rest—making your pool care simpler and expertly overseen. Service calls, chemicals and repairs are not included in this service and will be invoiced in addition to the cost.
Level 3 – Valet Pool Care
Our Valet Pool Care is the ultimate full-service experience. We handle everything—vacuuming, skimming, tile scrubbing, chemical delivery, testing, and balancing. We empty baskets, backwash filters, and oversee your entire system. Simply put, you relax while we ensure your pool stays pristine, every detail fully cared for by our professionals. Service calls, chemicals, and repairs are not included in this service and will be invoiced in addition to the cost.

If your request is urgent, such as a system actively leaking, draining, or a major equipment concern, we provide clear instructions to help you mitigate immediate issues, like turning off breakers or the freshwater supply to an auto-level controller.
Our aim is to provide guidance that helps protect your property. For these critical situations, you can expect a prompt response. Non-urgent requests are handled with the same dedication. We ensure they are answered the next business day during our regular operating hours, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Our valet pool care typically includes skimming the surface and walls, brushing the pool floor and walls, pool vacuuming the pool, skimmer basket cleaning, checking and filter cleaning, and performing a thorough water chemistry analysis and chemical balancing.
For urgent issues, we advise turning off all breakers related to your pool equipment. If the pool is overflowing, turn off the fresh water supply to your auto-level controller. For immediate assistance or instructions, please contact us directly. Urgent requests will receive priority response.
Pool opening is the process of preparing your pool for the swimming season, which involves cleaning, water testing, and equipment checks. Pool closing is the reverse, where we prepare your pool for winter by cleaning, chemical balancing, and properly winterizing the equipment to prevent damage from freezing temperatures.
Our most popular option is weekly pool service, which provides consistent care. However, we can tailor service plans to meet your specific needs, whether that’s bi-weekly service or just seasonal opening and closing.
