If you are an existing BonaVista Pools customer and have a service emergency outside of regular business hours, please email us at urgentservice@bonavistapools.com.
If your request is urgent, we will reply with instructions within 2 hours. Please note that overnight requests sent after 8pm will be answered the next morning. If your system is actively leaking, draining or any major equipment concerns, please turn it off. If your pool is overflowing, please turn off the fresh water supply to your auto level controller. Non-urgent requests will be answered the next business day during our regular business hours, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
