We will need access to water, power and the backyard. We will come anytime within the chosen week as our schedule is ever changing due to the nature of working outdoors. Please ensure all preparations are com- pleted the weekend before, so that your pool is accessible when we arrive.

Your pool needs to be maintained and cleaned up until the closing date. There is a charge of $230.00 for extra cleaning required if the pool is not maintained until the closing date.
